DISNEYLAND® RESORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET VOUCHERS FOR THE DISNEYLAND® RESORT IN ANAHEIM, CA. THESE TERMS REGARD 2-DAY 1 PARK PER DAY TICKETS, AND ALL PARK HOPPERS, PURCHASED AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE:

Children who are 2 years old or younger  can enter the Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, CA for free. A child ticket is valid for anyone 3-9 years old  at the time of initial park entry. An adult ticket is valid for anyone 10 years old or older at the time of initial park entry.

Cancellations and Changes:

These ticket vouchers  cannot be changed or cancelled.

Park Savers is not responsible for delays or no-shows, including, but not limited to,  flights and transportation issues, illness, deaths, natural disasters, and changes in plans.

Ticket Delivery:

Ticket vouchers are sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide a valid email address. Please add "info@parksavers.com" to your email safe list. If you have not received your ticket vouchers within 24 hours of purchasing, please contact us at the same email address. It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to verify that they have received the correct orders. Ticket voucher emails are separate from the confirmation email you automatically receive after purchasing. Ticket Redemption:

Ticket vouchers  can be redeemed for tickets at any Disneyland® Resort Box Office or Property Hotel. Printed copies of your ticket vouchers must be redeemed on or after the “tour date” listed on the voucher itself. This will always be your chosen "Redemption Date”. You cannot redeem ticket vouchers before your listed redemption  date. You can redeem your ticket after this redemption date, and up to 180 days later. Tickets cannot be extended for redemption beyond the 180-day courtesy extension. These valid dates only apply to the redeeming of your vouchers, not the usage of your actual ticket(s).

Once a ticket voucher has been redeemed for a Disneyland ticket, the ticket follows Disney’s Terms and Conditions (that is, the ticket is valid until the end of 2017, or 13 days after the first day of actual usage).

The person listed on the vouchers must be the person redeeming them. They must show valid photo ID to redeem them. Tickets may be given to whomever in your party once they have been redeemed. The tickets are not name-specific until you enter the Parks for the first time and are at that point tied to each user by a photo. Tickets are non-transferable after they have been first used.

Your ticket voucher is guaranteed for exchange for a ticket or for the purchase cost by Park Savers. If you have followed all the instructions in these terms and conditions and are still denied entry, please contact our emergency line at 1(801)896-1132 for immediate assistance.

Limitations:

Tickets and vouchers that read “Disneyland” are ONLY valid at Disneyland® Resort and California Adventure in Anaheim, California. They cannot be transferred or used at any other Disney park.

Applicable Theme Park days and times of operation and all other elements including, but not limited to, operation of attractions, entertainment, stores, and restaurants as well as appearances of Characters may vary and are subject to change without notice. Tickets do not guarantee Theme Park admission, especially during high attendance periods. Subject to capacity and other restrictions. All offers, events, tickets, age ranges, services, attractions, and entertainment may be seasonal and are subject to change without notice. All activities are at users' own risk and this voucher's originating company and its affiliated companies are not liable for loss, injury, damage, or delay to any person or any property connected with the use of this voucher. Unused tickets and vouchers that have past the above date restriction are nonrefundable. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use.

Ticket Redemption:

eTickets can be redeemed at any Disneyland® Resort entrance, including the entrances to California Adventure. eTickets are valid for use any day until  the end of 2017, or 13 days after the first day of actual usage.

eTickets can be redeemed by anyone initially and are then tied to that person by their name and photo. Tickets are-non transferable between users after they have been first used. As eTickets are not tied to the purchaser’s identity until first use, Parksavers is not subject to a lost or stolen eTicket being misused.

Your eTicket is guaranteed for exchange for a ticket  or for the purchase cost by Park Savers. If you have followed all the instructions in these terms and conditions and are still denied entry, please contact our emergency line at 1(801)896-1132 for immediate assistance.

Limitations:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL TICKETS FOR THE WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT IN ORLANDO, FL.:

Children who are 2 years old or younger can enter the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL for free. A child ticket is valid for anyone 3-9 years old at the time of initial park entry. An adult ticket is valid for anyone 10 years old or older at the time of initial park entry.

 

Cancellations and Changes:

These ticket vouchers and will-call tickets cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased and processed.

Any upgrades can be made at Walt Disney World® Resort through  Walt Disney World Guest Services  before the end of the last day on your ticket for a small upgrade fee at the discretion of Walt Disney World. Upgrade fees and the timing of the “end of your last day” are subject to change and are not the responsibility of Park Savers.

Walt Disney World Ticket Confirmation Codes (aka Confirmation Codes, aka Ticket Codes, aka MyDisneyExperience Codes, aka FastPass codes, aka Ticket Numbers) arrive via email to the address  3-5 calendar days after your purchase. If you have not received your confirmation codes within 5 calendar days of purchasing, please contact us at info@parksavers.com . It is also the responsibility of the purchaser to verify that they have received the correct number of different codes. Codes are separate from the Expedia voucher you receive within 24 hours of purchase and the confirmation email you receive immediately after purchase*. Please alert Park Savers immediately if you have not received the correct codes at info@parksavers.com. If a code does not immediately link to MyDisneyExperience, please try again in one hour before contacting Park Savers. Guests cannot enter Walt Disney World without confirmation codes. Parksavers is not responsible for the availability of your desired FastPass+ attractions.

*FOR BASE TICKET PURCHASES ONLY: Your confirmation codes will arrive without an Expedia voucher in a will-call ticket email.

Ticket Redemption:

Ticket vouchers and/or confirmation codes for the Walt Disney World® Resort in Orlando, FL must be redeemed for tickets at any Walt Disney World® Resort box office located outside all four theme parks, in Disney Springs, or the Ticket & Transportation Station outside Magic Kingdom®.

FOR PARK HOPPERS AND PARK HOPPERS WITH WATER PARKS: The person listed under Lead Traveler must be the person redeeming them. They must show valid photo ID and the printed voucher to redeem them.

FOR BASE TICKETS: The person listed as “Lead Traveler” must be the person picking up physical tickets. They must show valid photo ID and their confirmation codes to redeem them.

FOR ALL WDW TICKETS: Tickets may be given to whomever in your party once they have been redeemed. They are not name-specific until you enter the Parks for the first time and are at that point tied to each user by fingerprint or thumbprint. Tickets are non-transferable between users. Tickets can be redeemed on any date before or after the “tour date” listed on the voucher, provided the guests already have their confirmation codes. Once a ticket has been used for the first time, the ticket is valid for 14 days. Entirely unused tickets are guaranteed to not expire as long as the purchaser links their confirmation codes to their MyDisneyExperience account by their redemption date.

Guests who have linked their tickets to Magic Bands through MyDisneyExperience are not required to exchange or redeem their ticket vouchers. They may proceed directly to the park gates as long as they bring with them their MagicBands..

FastPass+ for Walt Disney World® Resort Tickets in Orlando, FL may not be available until 72 hours after your purchase and will not be available until your FastPass+ window opens up. This window is always open for reservations made 30 days in advance, or 60 days in advance at the discretion of your Walt Disney World® Resort hotel (for Walt Disney World® Resort hotel guests only).

Your ticket voucher or eTicket is guaranteed for exchange for a ticket  or for the purchase cost by Park Savers. If you have followed all the instructions in these terms and conditions and are still denied entry, please contact our emergency line at1(801)896-1132 for immediate assistance.

Limitations:

Tickets that read “Walt Disney World” are ONLY valid at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. Tickets that also read “Water Park Fun and More” are additionally valid at Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, FantasiaLand, Winter Summerland, Oak Trails Golf Course, and the ESPN Sports Zone in Orlando, Florida. They cannot be transferred or used in any other Disney park.

Tickets associated with confirmation codes linked to MyDisneyExperience accounts by the end of 2018 never expire.  Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use.

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CITYPASS® TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET VOUCHERS FOR THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CITYPASS®:

Children who are 2 years old or younger can enter all the inclusions of the Southern California CityPASS® for free. A child ticket is valid for anyone 3-9 years old at the time of initial inclusion entry. An adult ticket is valid for anyone 10 years old or older at the time of initial inclusion entry.

 

Inclusions:

All CityPasses include a 3-Day Park Hopper to Disneyland® in Anaheim, CA; a 1-Day admission to LEGOLAND® in Carlsbad, CA; and a 1-Day admission to SeaWorld® in San Diego, CA. These five days can be used within a 14-day period from the day of first use.

Cancellations and Changes:

These ticket vouchers can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to 96 hours before the first redemption date (5 calendar days or more). Inside 96 hours (4 calendar days or less) of the first redemption date, you cannot cancel or change. Due to the 96-hour restriction, the “end of the day” is at 5:00 PM MST. Any contact made after 5:00 PM MST will be considered contact made on the following calendar day.

Refunds for cancelled orders can usually take 3-9 business days to appear back on your card depending on your bank.

Park Savers is not responsible for delays or no-shows, including, but not limited to, flights and transportation issues, illness, deaths, natural disasters, and changes in plans.

SoCal CityPasses cannot be upgraded to include the San Diego Zoo or any other theme park.

These ticket vouchers  cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased and processed.

Any upgrades can be made at Universal Studios® through Universal Studios Guest Services  before the end of the last day on your ticket for a small upgrade fee at the discretion of Universal Studios. You cannot redeem ticket vouchers more than seven days before your listed valid dates. You cannot redeem your ticket vouchers more than seven days after your listed date. Tickets cannot be extended for redemption. These valid dates only apply to the redeeming of your vouchers, not the usage of your actual ticket(s).

Once a voucher has been redeemed for a Universal Studios ticket, this ticket follows Universal Studios’ terms and conditions (that is, it is valid until the end of 2017, or 14 days after the first day of actual usage).

The person listed on the vouchers must be the person redeeming them. They must show valid photo ID to redeem them. If using a will call kiosk, they must have a credit card that matches the name on the voucher. Tickets may be given to whomever in your party once they have been redeemed. They are not name-specific until you enter the Parks for the first time and are at that point tied to each user by a system at the discretion of Universal Studios. Tickets are non- transferable between users after first use.

Your ticket voucher is guaranteed for exchange for a ticket  or for the purchase cost by Park Savers. If you have followed all the instructions in these terms and conditions and are still denied entry, please contact our emergency line at 1(801)896-1132 for immediate assistance.

Limitations:

Tickets and vouchers that read “Universal Orlando™ Theme Park Ticket” are ONLY valid for redemption at Islands of Adventure™ and Universal Studios™ in Orlando, Florida. They cannot be transferred or used in any other theme park, including Universal Studios Hollywood.

Applicable Theme Park days and times of operation and all other elements including, but not limited to, operation of attractions, entertainment, stores, and restaurants as well as appearances of Characters or animals may vary and are subject to change without notice. Delivery & Cancellations

Cancellations and Changes:

 

Expedia Vouchers of Disneyland® Resort Tickets and SoCal CityPass® Tickets can be cancelled or changed at any time 5 days prior to your chosen "Tour Date". Once inside 4 days or less, tickets cannot be cancelled or changed.

Disneyland® Resort Tickets issued directly from Disneyland® Resort via Parksavers cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased.

All Walt Disney World® Resort Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased.

All Universal Orlando™ Tickets cannot be changed or cancelled once purchased.

Ticket Delivery:

 

We deliver all tickets through your provided email address at purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you have not received your tickets after 24 hours, please contact us at: info@parksavers.com or call us at 1-877-226-3380 Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST .
