Disneyland Resort FAQ's

How do I redeem my Disneyland Resort tickets?

Upon receiving your Disneyland tickets you should print them off and take them with you to the parks. You can redeem them at any box office located just outside the main gates of the parks. If you're staying at a Disneyland Property Hotel you may redeem them at the check-in desk upon your arrival.

How do the redemption dates work on my Disneyland Resort tickets?

The redemption dates on your tickets represent when you can go to the box office and redeem them. They DO NOT represent the dates you can use your tickets. You cannot show up to redeem your tickets BEFORE the first date listed. You CAN redeem them anytime after the first date including after the last date listed up to 6 months.

My Disneyland Resort ticket vouchers only show one name on every ticket.

This is correct. The one person listed on your ticket vouchers is the person who can go to the box office and redeem your tickets. AFTER this person has redeemed your ticket vouchers you will receive your actual park tickets. These can be assigned or given to anyone in group.

Do your tickets include Fastpass for the Disneyland Resort?

YES. Fastpass is a FREE service offered to anyone with a valid park ticket. It doesn't matter who you purchase from as long as it is valid. Remember that the Fastpass service for Disneyland Resort tickets CANNOT be scheduled in advance.

Can I make changes to my Disneyland Resort tickets?

You can up to 96 hours before your first redemption date listed on your ticket vouchers. Inside 96 hours and you cannot make changes or cancel your tickets.

Can I upgrade my Disneyland Resort tickets?

Yes. You can add days and options at any box office once you've arrived at the parks. You cannot upgrade them before your arrival.

 

Walt Disney World Resort FAQ's

 

Can I link my Walt Disney World tickets to my My Disney Experience account online?

YES. After you have purchased your tickets with us we will send you the codes you need to link your tickets to your MDE account online. Please allow up to 72 hours after your purchase to receive them.

Can my Walt Disney World tickets be used with Magic Bands and Fastpass+?

YES. Once you link your tickets to your MDE account (see above question) you can use Magic Bands to enter the parks. You DO NOT need to visit a box office to redeem your ticket vouchers if you are using Magic Bands.

Once you have linked your tickets to your MDE account online you can also make Fastpass+ reservations. Keep in mind that you can only make Fastpass+ reservations 30 days in advance of your arrival if you are NOT staying at a Walt Disney World Property Hotel. If you ARE staying at a Walt Disney World Property Hotel you can make Fastpass+ reservations 60 days in advance.

Where do I redeem my Walt Disney World tickets?

To redeem your Walt Disney World tickets you may visit any theme park box office located outside the park gates (for Magic Kingdom you'll need to visit the Ticket and Transportation Station) or your Property Hotel front desk.

Can I change or cancel my Walt Disney World tickets?

No. Once purchased you cannot make changes to your order or cancel your tickets.

Can I upgrade my Walt Disney World tickets?

Yes. You can add days or options onto your tickets at any box office once you've arrived at the parks. This cannot be done before your arrival.
