1. How do I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be emailed to the provided email address at checkout. Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to any email safe list to ensure receipt.
2. When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will arrive within 24 hours after purchase. It typically takes less time than this but please allow a full 24 hours.
3. Do your tickets have block-out dates?
Unless specified on the ticket page, no.
4. Why is there only one name on all my tickets?
Only one person is required to redeem your tickets at a box office before entry. Once redeemed at a box office you may assign your tickets to whomever in your party. Photo ID is required for the person redeeming the tickets.
5. What are the ages for Disneyland® Resort Tickets?
Adults are ages 10+, Children are ages 3-9, and anyone 2 or under do not require a ticket for admission.
6. Do I have to print my tickets to redeem them at a box office or can I show them on my phone?
Currently Disney requires you to print your tickets for redemption.

8. Do your tickets include Fastpass and Magic Morning Early Entry?
ALL tickets, no matter where they are purchased, include the Fastpass service for free. Our 3, 4 and 5 day tickets include Magic Morning Early Entry. This means you have to purchase a 3 day ticket or more to receive this service. Any tickets 2 days or less DO NOT include Magic Morning Early Entry.
9. Can my Disneyland® Resort Tickets be cancelled or changed?
After purchase you cannot change or cancel your order. You can upgrade your tickets once at the parks to add on days or the Hopper® option
Walt Disney World® Resort (Orlando, FL)
1. Can your tickets be linked to my MDE account online?
Yes, we provide your with a ticket confirmation number after purchase that allows you to link your tickets to your MDE account online. This allows you to make Fastpass+ reservations when available. This also allows you to assign and link your tickets to any MagicBands you may have.
2. How soon can I make Fastpass+ reservations?
If you are staying on property (a Disney-owned property hotel) you can make Fastpass+ reservations 60 days in advance of your arrival date. If you are not staying on property you can make your reservations 30 days in advance of your first day in the parks.
3. What is an MDE account?
MDE stands for My Disney Experience. This is an account you create on the Disneyworld.com website. Upon creating one you receive access to link purchased tickets, hotel reservations, photopass products, dining reservations, Fastpass+ reservations, and much more. You can also add members of your party that will be in your travel group. Members of your travel group that you have added can have tickets, hotels, dining, and Fastpass+ reservations linked to them.
4. How will I receive my tickets?
You will receive your tickets through email within 24 hours of purchase.
5. Do I have to stop at a box office to redeem my tickets?
If you have MagicBands and you link your tickets to them through your MDE account you DO NOT have to stop off at box office. You may proceed directly to the park entrances. If you are not using MagicBands then you will need to stop off at a box office to pick-up your tickets. Photo ID is required.
6. Do your tickets have block-out dates?
Unless specified on the ticket page, no. They are valid for use through Dec. 31st, 2018 unless otherwise specified.
7. Can I cancel my Walt Disney World® Resort tickets?
Once purchased your ticket order cannot be changed or cancelled. You can upgrade your tickets at the parks by adding days or options including Park Hopper® or Park Hopper® Plus.
